Benefits don’t just ‘happen’. They need to be measured and managed. The reality is that many projects fail to deliver the benefits that they set out to. Quite often in projects, people are so focused on delivery that the answer to the question “why are we doing this?” is forgotten.

Benefits realisation is the process for the identification, definition, tracking, realisation and optimisation of benefits to ensure that projects deliver the forecasted benefits that have previously been identified in a business case. The realisation of benefits is becoming an increasingly important aspect of any change initiative.

Using a Benefits Realisation Framework, Kyanite consultants are strongly committed to implementing an appropriate benefit strategy and management process is implemented to ensure the program/ projects benefits are realised.
